Beverage and Bottling plants are among some of the most brutal environments for flooring. Heavy crates are stacked, pushed, pulled, shaken and shimmied along the floor; there is heavy amounts of foot traffic and forklift traffic; there are hygiene, slip resistant and line-marking requirements; things fall, break and are cleaned off on a regular basis and the floor is regularly washed and sanitised. Meanwhile, your floor has to withstand and uphold its performance against all of these odds. In an industry where the floor undergoes such high pressure to perform, you need to choose carefully who you choose to take on this task; if done right, it may only have to be done once.

Hawk CFC’s coating systems provide dust-proofing, UV resistance, slip-resistance to any standard required, chemical resistance, waterproof while still maintaining an easy-to-clean finish. If downtime is an issue, we have many options, including rapid-cure resin that cures in as little as an hour, with a 24-hour turnover time. Our flooring will never peel or delaminate from the surface, and we stock the most hard-wearing, long-lasting resins on the market. We customise all of our resin to suit your customised needs.

While we can install any resin upon request, we will only ever recommend resins that we have tried and tested in our decade of experience in resin coatings. We only ever perform partnerships with resin manufacturers who produce seriously superior resin and we simply do not compromise on quality.

For industrial sectors such as the beverage and bottling industry, you will need to look for a monolithic, seamless surface that is resistant to alkalines, acids, greases, oils, salts and other aggressive substances. It needs to be easy to clean, safe according to health and safety regulations, non-slip, hard-wearing, can withstand hot and cold, with minimum downtime and still looks great. Contact us today to discuss your options.

We don’t cut corners and we simply don’t compromise on quality. ‘Flooring for life’ means a floor that suits your life and will last a lifetime.
